These terms explain the main rules for using NinjaAssurance, including purchases, trusted contact consent, service limits, and the fact that NinjaAssurance is not an emergency service. The app supports safety check-ins only and must not be relied on as an emergency or medical response system.
You are responsible for entering accurate contact information and obtaining consent from your trusted contacts.
NinjaAssurance provides scheduled safety check-ins and optional SMS escalation to trusted contacts when a user does not confirm. The service is intended for convenience and peace of mind.
Users must use the app lawfully, provide accurate information, keep device permissions and connectivity in mind, and avoid misuse or attempts to disrupt the service.
Users are responsible for choosing contacts carefully, entering correct phone numbers, and obtaining permission before adding contacts who may receive SMS alerts.
Basic and Premium are presented as one-time purchases unless an app-store listing says otherwise. Purchases may also be governed by the applicable store, payment provider, and refund rules.
NinjaAssurance is not an emergency response, rescue, or medical monitoring service. Notifications and SMS alerts can fail because of device settings, internet access, mobile networks, carriers, third-party providers, or service limits.
The service may be updated, improved, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Reliable operation is the goal, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NinjaAssurance is provided without guarantees of perfect performance, and liability for indirect, consequential, or service-failure-related loss is limited or excluded.
