You receive scheduled reminders first. If you still do not confirm, NinjaAssurance can send SMS alerts to the trusted contacts you added, depending on your settings, plan, network, carrier support, and service availability.
No. Trusted contacts do not need the app. If escalation happens, they can receive a normal SMS where supported.
Contact SMS follows the language selected by the NinjaAssurance user inside the app. It does not automatically change based on the contact’s country code or phone number. If a language is unavailable, a fallback language may be used.
Supported international numbers may be added in international format, but SMS delivery depends on country, carrier, technical restrictions, third-party providers, and fair-use limits. Delivery is never guaranteed.
Yes. A contact can email support@ninjaassurance.com and ask for their number to be blocked or suppressed where reasonably possible. This cannot be guaranteed in every case, for example if the number is entered in another format or a message is already queued.
Yes. You should have each trusted contact’s permission before storing their phone number and allowing NinjaAssurance to send them SMS escalations.
