Common questions.

• Is NinjaAssurance an emergency or life-saving service?
  No. NinjaAssurance is a check-in and alert tool only. It does not contact emergency services and notifications/SMS can have slight delays.
• What happens if I miss a check-in?
  You get your first reminder after your chosen interval, a second reminder after that, and if you still don’t confirm, NinjaAssurance sends SMS alerts to your trusted contacts.
• Does the app track my location all the time?
  No. We don’t use GPS or request any location permissions. Your location always remains private, which means you stay in full control of your information.
• How do I get support?
  Support is currently available only by email. Please contact support@ninjaassurance.com and include screenshots or videos if you are reporting a bug.
